At CTV, we regularly experience the disadvantages of the large amount of storms and high winds we have in the Netherlands. It therefore happens regularly that the operation of our terminals in our seaports is seriously disrupted. The consequences of this affect the entire logistics chain.

But let’s also remember that wind brings something positive with it, this is also the purpose of this special day. Today is dedicated to wind energy and its power.

During the generation of wind energy by wind turbines, no CO2 is released into the air. Switching to wind turbines is therefore a good sustainable step to combat climate change. It is also one of the cheapest options and we will always be assured of enough energy in the Netherlands!
