CTV is a logistics service provider specialised in the intermodal transport of sea containers. This means that we combine the modes of truck, rail and inland shipping in the most efficient way possible. Our aim is always to find the optimal route, keeping the road transport part as short as possible. We operate from our offices in Venlo, Duisburg, Hamburg and Basel. With a team of 80 colleagues, we coordinate the transport of more than 100,000 containers per year.

Financial Administrative Assistant

Your role
In this position, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the financial administration for our entities in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. You will ensure that the accounts are always correct and up to date. With your precise working style, you will process and verify financial data, keep records organised, and archive documents with care. Do you see opportunities for improvement? Then you actively contribute ideas and support ongoing process optimisation.


You will also liaise with colleagues and external partners on financial administrative matters. Additionally, your tasks include preparing and sending sales invoices as well as processing both purchase and sales invoices.

Your profile
You have successfully completed an MBO level 4 qualification in the financial field, for example as a Business Administrator or Finance Control Specialist, or you are a recent Bachelor graduate in Finance Control. Experience in a similar role is considered an advantage, but is not a strict requirement. What matters most is that you have a clear understanding of what is needed to keep the administration running smoothly and without errors. You work with precision and structure, while taking full responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you. At the same time, you possess strong communication skills: you are able to convey information clearly and effectively and you can easily adapt your communication when dealing with various colleagues and external partners. In addition, you have an excellent command of Dutch, German and English, both spoken and written. If you already have experience with accounting software such as Exact Online or Elvy, this will certainly be regarded as an advantage.
