Any inconsistency as to the capacity in which CTV operates and/or which general terms and conditions apply, CTV’s view is decisive. All our activities are performed exclusively under Dutch law. The District Court Limburg, Roermond, the Netherlands is exclusively competent. CTV rejects any possible general terms and conditions other than the abovementioned hereby.
